Let's find your dream home

"I needed to sell my 1913 fixer upper house to make a cross country move to be close to my elderly folks. It was hard leaving my house after 16 + years. At times it seemed an overwhelming insurmountable task. Kim kept me focused, ontrack and grounded. Kim is personable and great at what she does and became a trusted friend. When we finally got my house on the market we received our first offer the same day and for our asking price. I highly recommend Kim for her service and knowledge!!"

"Kim is by far the best relator around! She goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She is very experienced and works quickly and efficiently to get your house sold! She also truly cares about her clients. There is no one else I would trust to handle the sale of my home. If you are looking for a relator look no further! Kim is your girl!"

"Hands down the greatest agent ever! First time buying and I have high anxiety. Kim made our experience go so smoothly and took so much of my worry away! She’s such a great person even outside the industry. Very kind, caring, and super smart. I will only ever use her again the the future! I’ve heard nightmares from other people so going into this as a first time home buyer, I was skeptical. I will never doubt her, she has proven why she is the best. If ever you need someone who will be honest, explain everything, and be there for you, Kim is the person to have on your side."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim Keene to purchase our dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Kim was very professional and made us feel like we were her highest priority. She is highly knowledgeable on what’s happening in the Treasure Valley market and helped us decide on how much to sell our house for and what we should pay for our new home. If you hire Kim to either buy or sell a home not only do you get an experienced agent, but she brings her whole team into the process from staging to the mortgage lender."

"Kim was an excellent realtor to work with! Being a first-time home buyer, I needed someone who could guide me through each step. Despite the fast-paced market, she maintained stride while patiently answering all my questions. Kim truly exceeded expectations by providing invaluable support beyond just finding a home, such as helping me navigate the mortgage process and ensuring smooth communication with my lender, who wasn’t the best at staying in touch. Her dedication made all the difference in my home buying journey!"

"Kim is the best at what she does and is passionate about helping her clients with the best home selling/buying experience possible. She works harder than anyone to help make the best deal possible for you. You will be extremely happy you chose Kim to sell or buy your new home. She is very special!"

"Kim has both helped us sell our home and buy a new home. She had our home professionally staged and worked with us to make sure it looked the best we could make it. She then help us understand the different offers that POURED in. She is such a great negotiator and strived to get the best deals for us. When buying a home, Kim was so patient. We looked and looked trying to find the right home for us. She sometimes even previewed and videoed homes for us since we were out of town at the time. Through several offers and bidding wars Kim stuck with us giving advice and working until we finally got our home. She is a GREAT NEGOTIATOR AND WORKS HARD TO GET THE BEST DEAL for her customers."

"Giving up is not in Kim’s vocabulary! She worked with me and my wife for two years getting our dream home, and succeeded! Not only that she helped my friend and I buy and sell a home 2 years prior to that. She specializes in helping military. Teaming up with Tammie Kramer a Loan Officer from Movement Mortgage Kim got my wife and I in our new home before I Deployed. I highly recommend Kim as a Realtor."

"Kim is, by far, the best realtor I have ever come into contact with. Not only is she extremely professional, hardworking, and effective; she will go so far above and beyond for her clients!!! She helped us sell one property AND purchase another as well. Both processes were seamless. She provided so much guidance and insight on what we, as sellers should make sure to do to our property to get TOP DOLLAR. Not only is she HIGHLY effective in her job, but she makes it so much fun! She brings a special energy to the process that I have not seen with other realtors. She not only cares about getting you what you WANT, but she makes, what sometimes can be a stressful process, into a very enjoyable experience. I would (and have) highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!"

"Kim Keene is the real estate agent I would recommend to help get you through the ups and downs of buying, selling or building your home! She sold our home and also supported us through the building process during COVID craziness. Kim was very thorough and walked us through each step of the way. She provided solid advice and solid contractors to help us get top dollar for our home. Our home drew lots of interest with its incredible staging and professional grade photos. Kim was an invaluable advocate for us in the building process. She was very diligent and persistent with our builder to ensure things were being done well and in a timely manner. Kim worked hard to ensure our rights were protected and was willing to have tough conversations to get issues resolved. Kim’s hard work and dedication to her clients is what makes her one of the best agents around."

"We had an amazing experience working with Kim! Kim is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and she shared that expertise with us to help us determine a listing price that both honored our goals in selling our property and was reasonable enough to result in a quick sale. The pictures of our property were professionally done, and the fly-over video was amazing. The property we sold was outside of the Treasure Valley, and Kim was enthusiastic about listing it, even though it was a 90-minute drive away. Kim is professional, energetic, and responsive to her clients’ needs. If you want a great experience selling or buying real estate, use Kim at A Perfect Home Idaho!"
